DREAMWORK
Changing our lives by paying attention to our dreams.

Dreams are a bundle of invitations to go deeper, evolve, connect, and feed the imagination.
Dreams have the ability to reflect clearly and honestly what is happening in the dreamer’s life, titrating it with imagery, making it more palpable and manageable with room for metaphors, expansion, relationship, and growth.
Dreamwork is an opportunity to explore the inner world through the images, feelings, sensations, and stories that emerge in our dreams.
In this work, we are not particualrly seeking resolution or answers. Together, we suspend the need to ‘figure it out’ and enter into the relationship with the dream as a meaningful experience that changes us in ways we cannot always understand.
One thing is promised: change happens.
Dreams & the body
Dreams have information the body remembers and the mind forgets.
Through your dreams you can:
- Get to the root of your troubles and increase your choice points to do something different.
- Nourish your authenticity and inner knowing.
- Reveal underlying patterns, themes, and emotions moving beneath your lived experience.
- Bridge what is conscious and unconscious, supporting coherence and wholeness.
- Deepen the awareness of your uncensored emotions and body’s experience.
- Gain access to fragmented memories or moments so they can be integrated and transformed.
- Engage with imagination and creativity as a resource for life-giving change.
- Explore the mythopoetic as an agent for healing – offering connection, direction and support.
- Bring dream imagery into your daily life as a place of resource and support.
Through its metaphorical language, dreamwork supports access to the periphery of our stories while knowing their very center. This allows for the gradual, spacious and persistent unfolding that deep healing requires while offering an innate resourcefulness throughout the process.
What is a session like?
These sessions are guided by you, your dreams, and me containing and supporting your process in the best way.
01 — Beginning with what works
We start by checking in about how you are doing today and what is working well-enough. We give time to getting connected to what is resourceful, no matter how big or small.
02 — Bringing the dream into the room
We spend time with you sharing your dream, in the present tense as if it is happening now. I invite you to speak the dream aloud and slowly, leaving plenty of time for pauses.
03 — Bringing awareness to the body
Together, we track how the images and experiences within the dream contribute to the experience within the body. We notice sensations, gestures, or feelings that arise as you engage with the dream. We follow them with curiosity.
04 — Integrating your experience
We give time and space to come out of the dream, back into the room and reflect on anything that stands out to you after the exploration. If bridges are important to your day world, we build them together – considering how the dream relates to your life.
