ABOUT

In this class series, we will explore different ways to be in relationship with our dreams and what they bring forward. Each week will be focused on exploring a different theme – symbols, settings, people, feelings, and more. I will offer guided reflections, creative exercises, and plenty of space for personal exploration of all that your dreams have to offer. There will be opportunities for optional group sharing; participation is always at your comfort level.

This class will draw upon a method of dreamwork from Yasodhara Ashram: The Dream Method, which provides a practical way into this landscape of imagery and feeling. By the end of the series, my hope is you will be inspired, have a stronger reverence for your dreams, and uncover insights that prompt healing. No prior experience is needed.

For every class please have a dream. If you only remember a fleeting impression, bring that. If you want to instead work with a waking life experience, that is okay too. Have the dream/life experience written down in present tense. Bring a journal, some things to draw with, and an open mind.

Julie skillfully facilitated a group of us through a series of processes and practices to uncover wisdom and learning from our dreams.  She has an ability to listen deeply and ask useful questions that helped to model for me how to better enter into the dream terrain.  She led through instruction and sharing her practiced knowledge, but also participated herself which encouraged us to practice what we were learning together and trust our own wisdom. Julie is welcoming, engaging, and a lovely, warm person.  I am so glad I took this class series with her!
