Tips and tools for nervous system regulation

About: This is a group cohort, capped at 10 people. The expectation and hope is that you will attend all sessions. 

Dates & Times: Wednesday mornings, 9:30-11:00AM EST. May 28th, June 4th, June 11th and June 18th.

Location: This class is held via Zoom.

Contribution: $80-180 for the whole series. Please send payment at the time of signing up to reserve your space. 

*Sliding scale rates prioritize BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and trans/GNC communities. Please reach out to me if you want to participate and feel like finances inhibit you to do so.

What to Bring: Yourself, as you are, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. A journal to take notes and drawing materials.

ABOUT

Come join us for a 4-week exploring the nervous system and ways to support yourself under stress.  In these classes, you’ll learn simple, practical tools to become aware of your body’s signals, collaborate with and support your nervous system, and increase your capacity to stay present with your internal experience and external world. This class series will be a blend of psychoeducation and embodied exploration, with time for question and answer, group sharing by choice, creative exploration, and ample practical exercises that you can integrate into your everyday life. We will support ourselves and each other. Group is capped at 10 people.
