A 4-week Course introducing Somatic Experiencing

About: This is a group cohort, capped at 10 people. The expectation and hope is that you will attend all sessions. 

Dates & Times: Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm EST. April 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. 

Location: This class is held via Zoom.

Contribution: $60-140 for the whole series. Please send payment at the time of signing up to reserve your space. Part of your contribution will be donated to Vermont Center of Integrative Herbalism (VCIH).

What to Bring: Yourself, as you are, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. A journal to take notes and drawing materials.

ABOUT

Come join us for a 4-week beginner-friendly introduction to Somatic Experiencing®—a body-based approach to ease stress and renegotiate trauma. In these classes, you’ll learn simple, practical tools to become aware of your body’s signals, collaborate with and support your nervous system, and increase your capacity to stay present with your internal experience and external world. This class will be experiential in nature, with time for question and answer, group discussion, creative exploration, and ample practical exercises that you can integrate into your everyday life. We will support ourselves and each other. Group is capped at 10 people.
