ABOUT
In this introductory class, we will take a compassionate look at how the nervous system works, through the lens of polyvagal theory. You will learn about the three states the nervous system travels between, cycles of activation and settling, and how to work with yourself in moments of stress.Â
Class structure will include a guided embodiment practice, accessible psychoeducation, space for sharing and Q&A and suggestions for at-home practices.
You’ll leave with a mini toolkit to either begin or continue actively tending to your nervous system, orienting towards resource, resilience, and connection.
