Common questions

These sessions are not talk therapy. They are a space of deep listening, where we slow down and center the body’s innate intelligence and propensity towards healing.
We often will begin with simple conversation, noticing how you’re arriving that day, where you feel resourced, and what you’d like to tend to.
From there, depending on the model we track sensations in the body, explore images or memories or impulses, work with movement, follow a dream and/or design a ritual that supports your intentions and hopes.
This work may be right for you have reached an impasse in other forms of therapy. It is suitable for those drawn to a process that centers the body’s intelligence and other ways of knowing and being. People that have tried to change but still feel stuck often report benefiting from this work.
There are many practitioners out there and our connection, more than what we do, matters to the change-making process. A good fit is about feeling self-enough, resonate with, and gently challenged in the ways that help expand growth.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation where you bring any questions and curiosities, and we can discuss how this work can support your right now in your life.
Clients often describe feeling more grounded, resourced, and connected to themselves and their lives. They report an increase in self-awareness, self-trust and agency.
You may also begin to notice nuance within the patterns of behavior that you want to change, with earlier warning signs and more clarity.
This work can help shift long-held trauma responses and their impact on the body and perception, open creative pathways, and reconnect you with your own innate inner guidance and vitality underneath it all.
There is more information on my “About” page at the bottom if you’d like to orient to that as well.
I specialize at the intersection of trauma renegotiation using dreams and the creative process. I work with a wide range of experiences, including developmental and relational trauma, shock trauma, grief and loss, chronic stress, anxiety, body-based symptoms, and creative blocks.
My approach is inclusive, respectful of what is conscious and unconscious, and deeply reverent of the unique ways we adapt and survive.
My current rate is $135/session.
I offer sliding scale spaces which prioritize, but are not limited to, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and trans/GNC communities.
I also offer package rates upon request. I stand for making this work as accessible as possible and also have group cohorts which tend to be more affordable.
If you have questions about how I determine my rates or want to talk about a sliding scale opportunity, please be in touch.
