ABOUT

Join us! This is a community space for continued exploration, integration, and connection. It is an invitation to return to your inner resources, deepen your awareness, and stay connected to a supportive practice community.

So much of the time therapy sessions are one-to-one. While that has its own kind of medicine, group work offers something entirely different. We are social animals biologically designed to be with each other: to notice each other, co-regulate, and offer care. Being in a group space taps into that kind of relational magic. Remember, we need each other; we are hurt in relationships, and we heal in them too.

Each week, we will explore embodied presence and tend to the nervous system through practices that support regulation, resilience, and resource building. Think of it as personal sessions, but in a collective field; a way to stretch into the social engagement system.

We will revisit foundational tools, like pendulation, titration, grounding and orienting. We will explore new material as it emerges with curiosity, and we will learn from and with each other. Sessions will include time for group sharing and Q&A.
