do you have insight but remain stuck in patterns?
Despite how much we may try, it is impossible to talk the body out of its experience. We can, however, learn to listen, supporting the body to do what it knows how to do: heal.
If you’ve reached an impasse in more traditional therapies, let’s connect. I’d like to help you experience a shift.
Sometimes it isn’t about figuring things out.
It is about being with, being seen, and feeling what is ready to be felt.
Afterall, changing the body alters the self.
“Trauma creates change you don’t choose. Healing creates change you do.”
– Peter Levine
Common questions
These sessions are not talk therapy. They are a space of deep listening, where we slow down and center the body’s innate intelligence and propensity towards healing.
We often will begin with simple conversation, noticing how you’re arriving that day, where you feel resourced, and what you’d like to tend to. From there, depending on the model we work within and your hopes, we may track sensations in the body, swing awareness between two or more sensations, finish thwarted stress responses, explore images or memories or impulses, work with movement, or follow a dream.
This work may be right for you have reached an impasse in other forms of therapy. It is suitable for those drawn to a process that centers the body’s intelligence and other ways of knowing and being. People that have tried to change but still feel stuck often report benefiting from this work.
A good fit is also about feeling safe-enough, resonate, and gently challenged in the ways that help expand growth edges.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation where you bring any questions and curiosities, and we can discuss how this work can support your right now in your life.
Clients often describe feeling more grounded, resourced, and connected to themselves and their lives.
You may also begin to notice nuance within the patterns of behavior that you want to change, with earlier warning signs and more clarity.
This work can help shift long-held trauma responses and their impact on the body and perception, open creative pathways, and reconnect you with your own innate inner guidance and vitality underneath it all.
There is more information on my “About” page at the bottom if you’d like to orient to that as well.
I specialize at the intersection of trauma renegotiation using dreams and the creative process. I work with a wide range of experiences, including developmental and relational trauma, shock trauma, grief and loss, chronic stress, anxiety, body-based symptoms, and creative blocks. My approach is inclusive, respectful of what is conscious and unconscious, and deeply reverent of the unique ways we adapt and survive.
My current rate is $140/session. I offer sliding scale spaces which prioritize, but are not limited to, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and trans/GNC communities. I also offer package rates upon request. I stand for making this work as accessible as possible and also have group cohorts which tend to be more affordable.
If you have questions about how I determine my rates or want to talk about a sliding scale opportunity, please be in touch.

Somatic Experiencing is a well-respected, body-centered approach to resolving trauma and chronic stress. It was developed by Peter Levine and is grounded in decades of research. In our work together, we track sensations, movements, and images in the body to support the nervous system in finding more regulation and resilience.
This movement-based expressive arts approach is based on the pioneering work of Anna Halprin. It invites play, movement, drawing, writing, and voice into the exploration of psychological material, using the creative process to explore facets of your body and life story. This process supports insight and a deepened relationship your creative, capable self.
My approach to dreamwork combines somatic and imaginal practices to uncover the guidance within your dreams. We work relationally and symbolically, allowing the dream to unfold through conversation, drawing, and embodied exploration. This process brings unconscious material into conscious awareness and can offer integration and clarity.
