Come join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to Somatic Experiencing®—a body-based approach to ease stress and heal from trauma. In this one-hour class, you’ll learn simple, practical tools to become aware of your body’s signals, collaborate with and support your nervous system, and increase your capacity to stay present with your internal experience and external world. This class will be experiential in nature, with time for question and answer, group discussion, and ample practical exercises that you can integrate into your everyday life.
