from disconnection to deep knowing: belonging through body and dream.

Supporting those who feel stuck to reclaim agency and authentic connection with self, other, and world.

feeling stuck, even after therapy?
Insight alone isn't enough?

You’ve done the talking, know the story, and still, can’t seem to break free. Maybe you sense your body and dreams have information. If you’re willing to try something different, to listen deeper, you are in the right place.

Sometimes it isn’t about figuring things out.

It is about being with, being seen, and feeling what is ready to be felt.

Afterall, changing the body alters the self.

As a somatic therapist, I’ll help you expand your capacity to stay present — widening circles of resilience, agency, and connection through the wisdom of your body, dreams, and creative process.

From this work, you’ll learn ways to anchor the resources needed to meet life’s fullness and variety.

Hi, I'm Julie!

I am a somatic therapist, trained through Tamalpa Institute and Somatic Experiencing®, as well as a dreamworker, yoga teacher, and community/clinical herbalist.

In my private practice and as an educator at the University of Vermont, I integrate an array of healing modalities to help people navigate the physical, emotional, and behavioral manifestations of stress and trauma and live a more robust life.

My passion is supporting others to cultivate a life of authenticity – embracing depth, spaciousness, nuance, resilience, and relatedness.

My approach is body-based and process-oriented, acknowledging that each of us lives within — and is shaped by — larger cultural, social, and ecological systems. I am committed to change that creates environments of safety, dignity, and liberation for all beings.

It would be my honor to work with you.
