The body has a rhythm. It pulses with sensations—some loud, some vague, some so elusive they are hard to name. It remembers what the mind forgets. It holds the ache, the shift, the im/possible. It is a gateway.
Sometimes it isn’t about figuring things out.
It is about being with, being seen, and feeling what is ready to be felt.
Afterall, changing the body alters the self.
As a somatic therapist, I’ll help you expand your capacity to stay present — widening circles of resilience, agency, and connection through the wisdom of your body, dreams, and creative process.
Together, we’ll approach places shaped by trauma with care — not as problems to fix, but as thresholds for transformation. You’ll learn ways to anchor the resources needed to meet life’s fullness and variety.
I am a somatic therapist, trained through Tamalpa Institute and Somatic Experiencing®, as well as a dreamworker, yoga teacher, and community/clinical herbalist.
In my private practice and as an educator at the University of Vermont, I integrate an array of healing modalities to help people navigate the physical, emotional, and behavioral manifestations of stress and trauma and live a more robust life.
My passion is supporting others to cultivate a life of authenticity – embracing depth, spaciousness, nuance, resilience, and relatedness.
My approach is body-based and process-oriented, acknowledging that each of us lives within — and is shaped by — larger cultural, social, and ecological systems. I am committed to change that creates environments of safety, dignity, and liberation for all beings.
It would be my honor to work with you.
